Weather Station - Commission

An anemometer on the roof of the building collects information and sends it to LEDs set in circles for each wind direction and in a line in the entre of the sculpture that records wind speeds. The colours of the LEDs represent the wind directions, blue for north, red for west, yellow for south and green for east.Ontario. Commissioned in 2004 for the Macdonald Stewart Art Gallery, Guelph, Canada, now the Art Gallery of Guelph. A wind-reading light sculpture.
