Ice Age - Commission

An installation sculpture commissioned by Dollar Academy Trust as part of rebuilding and developing the sports and arts complex. An installation sculpture composed of polished stainless steel and granite boulders carried across Scotland during the Ice Age. Commissioned in 2006. Materials: bright annealed stainless steel and erratic boulders excavated in the area, having been carried there in the ice age and deposited near the site. Height (maximum) 3000mm, Length overall 9600mm, Width overall 6500mm. Winner of a Dollar conservation award.
