‘Open Book’ (Leabhar fosgailte) 2009

Stainless steel and coloured stainless steel. Viewers reflections

and surroundings become the pictures in the book. The sculpture

is a homage to ancestor Rev Donald Maclean, Gaelic scholar who

compiled the Typographica Scoto-Gadelica bibliography of the

Gaelic language.

The sculpture was re-located to Cass Foundation Goodwood 2010

and purchased for the new Ekeberg Sculpture Park, Oslo
